SUMMARY
The Sanitation Foreman will oversee and observe the completion of cleaning all product equipment in a timely fashion on a nightly basis. Also, to make sure that all sanitors follow SOP's and GMP's. This is a 3rd shift position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Check the CIP system constantly for adequate flow, temperatures, and conductivity.
- Distribute all necessary parts for completion of Sanitation "PM's".
- Check all Shurgraph and or Graphxx systems paperwork and Sanitation C.O.P. check list sheets.
- Make sure all sanitors follow sanitation safety rules while handling chemicals including appropriate P.P.E.
- Setting up nightly job assignment schedules and notify team members during 10:00 p.m. meetings.
FOOD SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure all work is completed in a safe and sanitary manner
- Following all Ken’s Foods SQF, Security, and GMP policies
- Reporting any suspicious activities anywhere in or around the plant
- Inspection of work area for any possible product contamination issues before, during, and after sanitation activities.
- Completing proper documentation on all cleaning process including chemical concentrations, temperature, cycle times, etc.
- Completing pre-start up inspections of your area to ensure no product contamination risk exists and the area is in a sanitary condition.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists Team Leader/Manager in overseeing the completion of tasks by Sanitors within the Sanitation Department.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or G.E.D.; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
