SUMMARY
The Regional Manager Position leads a multi-million dollar region, owns the growth and sales plan, manages a regional broker team, and is responsible for regional chain and local operator relationships. The Regional Manager also owns the distributor relationships, local trade programming, and DSR training. The primary role is to sell the Ken’s and Sweet Baby Ray’s brand.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
• Ownership of the top 50 Key Operators (relationship accounts) within the marketplace
• Corporate Account Manager for Restaurant Depot
• Development of the Restaurant Depot Locations in NY/NJ/Eastern Pennsylvania
• Lead a Broker Team (Acosta) in driving sales throughout the market
• Manage local distributor trade program and promotional dollars
• Acquire product and packaging expertise on each of the major flavor groups
• Develop an Annual Business Plan to achieve Regional Business Goals
• Drive compliance with the Non-Commercial Contract Accounts
• Partner with Key Distributors within the Market place to grow sales
• Participate in Distributor Sales Meetings and train the DSR’s on our products
• Conduct Annual and Mid Year Broker Reviews to insure goals are being achieved
• Local broker training on Ken’s and Sweet Baby Ray’s Products
• Utilize CRM as a Management Tool with all Operator Opportunities
• Sell New Products as they are introduced within the Market place
• Insure that all Internal Administration is accurate and kept current

• Other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead a Broker Network within given marketplace; drive accountability with the Broker; provide feedback to the Broker on an ongoing basis; motivate the broker in driving new sales.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. S. or B.A.) from four-year College or university; a minimum of four years related experience and/or training in a related field. A background in Culinary is preferred.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
This job requires ongoing weekly travel and overnight stays.
