SUMMARY
The Maintenance Administrator supports the maintenance function and daily processes through parts management and CMMS functions. The role focuses on our technical warehouse operation and ensuring all phases of the parts management process are being adhered to. The role is also responsible for tracking, filing and preparing information for all members of the maintenance and engineering team as well as other operations functions. The successful candidate for this position has experience in the manufacturing industry, inventory management and understanding of supply chain management concepts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist requesters with the identification of part numbers for material requirements by utilizing manuals and drawings.
• Follow purchasing systems and procedures to ensure honest, fair, legally correct, and ethical relationships with all suppliers.
• Maintain and develop reporting documentation on status of Purchase Orders
• Prepare and distribute monthly reports including but not limited to the following
o Inventory Turns Ratio, Inventory Accuracy, Inventory Counting Divergences
o WO completed accurately with parts taken from inventory properly applied to WO
o Material on BOM, Under Reorder point, Cycle Counting Completion, ABCZ Classification
• Maintain operational stock for machine tools to insure ability to internally machine parts
• Sets up and pulls kits for work orders and planned rebuild events
• Organize, clean and ensure technical warehouse areas are maintained at a high level of cleanliness
• Monitors supplier’s delivery, quality performance and price variance
• Collaborates with suppliers and internal team members around quality issues
• Communicates schedules and progress to completion
• Assists in expediting orders as necessary
• Maintains a professional working relationship and effectively communicates with all employees, managers, vendors, customers and regulatory agencies
• Understands and complies with company policies and procedures, regulatory requirements and safety regulations
• Identifies, isolates, evaluates and eliminates non-value-added costs
• Must be able to display strong decision-making skills and function with minimal supervision
• Completes assigned tasks in a reliable and timely fashion
• Performs other assignments as necessary for any department

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Highly organized and detailed oriented. Moderate Experience with ERP/Management Systems and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of warehouse and store's inventory control systems.
