Network Supply Manager

SUMMARY
The Network Supply Manager will be responsible for ensuring material parameters and planning are aligned to support our production plan execution for our Supply Chain. Utilizing innovative supply planning techniques along with our internal processes, this role will create, build, and control the material forecasts and suggested purchase quantities to support our high levels of production execution and overall high customer service level. This role will support the expansion and growth of our S&OP process. This role directly supports all our plant locations and will be cross functional. The key person for this role will proactively collaborate with our purchasing, scheduling, warehouse, and inventory teams to positively influence results.
RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Developing effective supply parameters for all materials being consumed in our factories
- Proposing and implementing solutions to improve our material availability
- Addressing supply related issues in conjunction with our purchasing team in a timely and effective manner
- Will drive the objectives and vision of our supply chain to obtain world class results
- Sales and Operations Planning support, continue to be a developer of the processes
- Build business cases for SKU rationalization and production capacity needs
- Key person for analytical insight on production and supply constraints, bottleneck identification and determining opportunities and developing action plans
- Will be a SME for all Supply planning and forecasting and will leverage and teach the supply planning system to others
- Support a growing relationship between operations and sales teams (Foodservice and Retail groups) to handle strategies and plans for where the business will be developing in the 3-5 year future (package size, order types)
- Minimize excess and obsolete inventory, while mitigating out-of-stocks and supply chain disruptions
- Utilizes supply chain tools to their maximum capability and is an SME for our demand planning system

Education and/or Experience
Bachelors (B. A.) or equivalent from four-year College; 5-7 years’ minimum of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
