Packaging Machine Operator IN - 3rd Shift Machine Operator

SUMMARY To operate production equipment efficiently and safely
All our positions start $22.00 per hour, and we offer a shift differential of $1.00 for second or third shift.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
• Operate equipment on packaging lines
• Maintain quality and production standards while operating equipment
• Possess overall knowledge and understanding of the entire production line.
• Stack and un-stack cases; pack boxes.
• Inspect bottles and cases.
• Communicate and understand numerous product changes, boxes, labels, etc.
• Complete necessary paperwork
• Ensures compliance with corporate standards and systems to monitor food safety, food safety culture,
quality and facility cleanliness
• Other duties as assigned
FOOD SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Producing product free of contamination
• Following all Ken’s Foods SQF, Security and GMP policies
• Reporting any suspicious activities anywhere in or around the plant
• Inspection of work area for any possible product contamination issues on a continuous basis
• Report any leaking or spilled product immediately
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience
High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) equivalent ; or up to one month to three month related
experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
