Industrial Manufacturing Kitchen Mixer
Responsible for reading a formula, gathering the required raw materials, and weighing and assembling the mix,
dropping tag, and putting away finished dries. Responsible for preparation of spice blends for future processing
production.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
• Using proper raw materials and weighing out exact amounts
• Reading a schedule and understanding the amount and type of dries needed
• Marking of finished formulas on that schedule
• Ability to read product formulas and correctly identify raw materials
• Identify and record raw material lot numbers for food safety purposes
• Load and operate ribbon blenders in a safe and efficient manner
• Fill finished dries containers and accurately label for inventory storage
• Ensures compliance with corporate standards and systems to monitor food safety, food safety culture, quality and facility cleanliness
• Practice Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) in compliance with SQF Level 3
• Work overtime as needed
• Other duties as assigned
FOOD SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Producing product free of contamination
• Following all Ken’s Foods Security and GMP policies
• Reporting any suspicious activities anywhere in or around the plant
• Inspection of work area for any possible product contamination issues on a continuous basis

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area,
