ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the first point of contact for all HR-related inquiries.
- Inputs, and maintains employee database files (HRIS, benefits, 401(k), etc.).
- Handles sensitive and confidential documents without compromising the integrity of the documents, the Company, or the individuals who are the subject of the documents.
- Processes and distributes HR mail.
- Maintains inventory and orders office supplies as needed.
- Tracks, maintains, and audits Personnel Action Forms and review paperwork.
- Effectively communicates issues, concerns, altercations, or problems to the Human Resources Manager.
- Ensures that recordkeeping requirements are completed accurately, timely, and confidentially.
- Provides routine information exchange and administrative follow-through regarding defined policies and procedures, benefits, payroll, HRMS, and reporting initiatives for individuals inside and outside HR.
- Assists with the coordination and organization of employee functions, special projects, and training programs as needed.
- Maintains the highest level of employee and guest relations.
- Maintains a good working relationship with all departments.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
FOOD SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead by example to ensure the Company's highest-quality manufacturing practices are met.
- Ensure team members follow all Ken's Food Safety and GMP policies.
- Ensure all work is completed in a safe and sanitary manner.
- Ensure team members produce products free of contamination.
- Ensure team members report any suspicious activities anywhere in or around the plant.
- Ensure team members continuously inspect the work area for possible product contamination issues.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Education and/or Experience
Associate's degree or two to three years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Extreme attention to detail, a sense of urgency for accuracy, and the ability to take initiative to improve existing processes.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is performed in a normal office environment where there are relatively few physical discomforts due to dust, dirt, and noise, and there is exposure to mechanical equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts; wet and/or humid conditions; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions; extreme cold; extreme heat; and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
